A bit about yumAfter 12 years in the rat race I decided it was time for a change. Time to do something that I love. Cooking. Born and bred in Lymington, I decided to return to my roots and use the New Forest as an inspiration for my cooking. Doing our bitWe have established a strong local supplier base to ensure high quality produce is used within our recipes. We actively reduce food miles by sourcing our ingredients locally - over 80% of our ingredients come from within a 30 mile radius (spices come from all around the world!) |
